Welcome to SOS (Save Our Selves) Scotland  

The purpose of the site is to provide an introduction to a way of gaining and maintaining sobriety or getting and staying drug free without recourse to spiritual/religious programmes such as A.A.’s 12 step programme.

Given that Scotland has massive drink and drugs problems there must be many who wish to escape their addictions but find the traditional programmes make demands which they find inappropriate for their recovery.  If you are interested in SOS feel free to use the buttons above to navigate through the site where you will find more detailed information about SOS and how it may be able to help you.
